With Valentine's day around the corner, we thought now was an excellent time to share some delicious Gunna recipes with you. From lemonade cocktails to indulgent chocolate brownies, these recipes are sure to put a smile on someone's face this Valentine's day. Craft soda just got even better! 


Pink Punk Spritz

First up is an ultra delicious cocktail dedicated to all loved up couples and singletons for Valentines day! This cocktail recipe was developed by our friends at Craft Gin Club. Trust us; they know their stuff when it comes to Gin-based cocktails.

Ingredients:

35ml gin of your choice
15ml Lillet blanc
1 drop rose water
Gunna Pink Punk

Method:

Fill your glass with ice, add your ingredients, stir gently, garnish with lemon and fresh mint and serve.


Gunna Mojito

Rum lovers, rejoice. This one is for you! Making a mojito has never been easier.

Ingredients:

The juice of half a lime
A small handful of fresh mint leaves
60ml white rum
Gunna Muscovite to taste

Method:

Muddle the lime juice and mint in a glass, crushing the mint as you go. Pour into a tall glass and a handful of ice before adding in the rum and stirring well. Top up with muscovite to taste before garnishing with mint and serving.


Cooking with Gunna

If you want to add a bit of sweetness into Valentine's Day, you can try an ultra-moist drizzle cake which Shia aka @thephysiquefoodie inspired.

Ginger lemonade Drizzle Cake 

Ingredients:

For the cake:
200 grams self-raising flour
75g sugar
One whole lemon zest
100 grams of butter
Two eggs
270ml Gunna Ginger Rebel

For the drizzle:
50ml Gunna Muscovite
100 grams of icing sugar

Method: 

Combine the sugar and butter in a bowl and mix well before adding the two eggs followed by the Ginger Rebel and lemon zest. To finish, mix in the flour before placing into a greased loaf tin with parchment paper to bake at 180 degrees fan for 40 minutes. Whilst it's baking, mix the muscovite and icing sugar (you can alter to get your desired consistency). One the cake starts to cool, drizzle the topping all over the cake and serve up with some custard. 

If chocolate is the way to your loved one's heart, these fudgy Ginger & Cola brownies inspired by Samuel will hit the spot.


Ginger & Cola chocolate brownies 

Ingredients:

150 grams of butter
185 grams of dark chocolate
150ml of Gunna Steelworks
185 grams of plain flour
Three large eggs
185 grams of golden caster sugar
100 grams of white chocolate chunks

Method: 

Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a pan until silky smooth. Remove from the heat and add in the steelworks, followed by the caster sugar and eggs. Once combined, slowly add in the plain flour before transferring to a greased square tin. Add in the chocolate chunks and push them into the mix. Bake at 160 degrees fan for 30 minutes before removing to cool for the ultimate fudgy brownies.

Three-ingredient Lemon American Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 can of Gunna Muscovite
150 grams of self-raising flour
1 whole lemon zest

Method:

Combine the ingredients and mix well before cooking in a non-stick pan at medium-high heat. Once cooked, top with your chosen toppings and dig in! We highly recommend white chocolate and fresh raspberries. Top tip: the mixture is a little sticky, so, watch the heat as you're cooking to ensure you don't burn your pancakes.
